黄芪通络合剂治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿75例临床观察

目的：观察黄芪通络合剂治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的临床疗效,并初步探讨其作用机理.方法：将糖尿病肾病蛋白尿患者75例,随机分为治疗组38例,对照组37例,对照组常规治疗（合理饮食、控制血糖、降血压、降血脂）.治疗组在常规治疗基础上口服本院制剂黄芪通络合剂.观察治疗前后患者的24h尿微量白蛋白测定、FBG、2hBG、HbA1c及胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL-C）、BUN、SCr等变化.结果：治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）,治疗组在改善症状、改善相关实验室指标方面明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论：黄芪通络合剂能有效缓解糖尿病肾病蛋白尿患者实验室相关指标及临床症状,效果良好.

Clinical observation on treating 75 cases of urinary protein in diabetic nephropathy with the Huangqi Tongluo mixture

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of the Huangqi Tongluo mixture on urinary protein in diabetic nephropathy.Mechanism was briefly discussed. Methods： 75 patients with urinary protein in diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. 37 cases in the control group were given conventional therapy （rational diet, blood sugar controlling,antihypertension, hypolipidemic）; 38 cases in another group were given the Huangqi Tongluo mixture more. 24h MAU, FBG, 2h BG,HbA1c, TC, TG, LDL-C, BUN, SCr were observed before and after treatment. Results： The total efficiency in the treatment group was obviously better （P〈0.05）. Improvement in symptoms and laboratory indexes were obviously better than those in the control （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The Huangqi Tongluo mixture could improve symptoms and laboratory indexes, and is confirmed with good effects.
