头针结合体针治疗中风偏瘫临床疗效观察

目的：观察头针结合体针治疗中风偏瘫的临床疗效.方法：将80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例.观察组给予头针结合体针治疗,对照组给予体针治疗,针刺30天后观察疗效.结果：依据神经功能缺损和分值的减少（功能改善）和患者总的生活能力状态的总有效率为92.5%,对照组治疗的总有效率为62.5%（P﹤0.05）.依据简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分标准及ADL量表（Barthel指数）评定分级标准观察组疗效明显优于对照组（P﹤0.05）.结论：头针结合体针治疗中风病疗效显著.

Observation of clinical efficacy Scalp Acupuncture Combined with Body Acupucture on Treatment of Apoplectic Hemiplegia

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of scalp acupuncture combined with body acupuncture on the treatment ofapoplectic hemiplegia. Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group.The observation group was given scalp combined with body acupuncture. The control group was just given body acupuncture.30 days afteracupuncture, the curative effects of the two grops were observed. Results： Accoding to the reducing of neurological deficit score （functionalimprovement） and the living condition of patients, the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.5%, the control group 62.5%（P〈0.05）. According to simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function standard and ADL Scale score standard （Barthel Index）, the curative effect ofthe observation group is significantly better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： scalp acupuncture combined with bodyacupuncture has significant effect on treatment of apoplectic hemiplegia..
