针刺与康复训练结合治疗急性脑梗死后吞咽功能障碍的临床疗效分析

目的：研究针刺与康复训练结合治疗急性脑梗死后吞咽功能障碍的临床疗效.方法：选取2010年6月-2011年12月于我院进行治疗的120例脑梗死后吞咽功能障碍患者,随机分为A、B、C三组,A组（针刺组）患者给予针灸进行治疗,B组（康复训练组）患者给予康复训练,C组（针刺结合康复训练组）患者采用针刺与康复训练结合进行治疗,连续治疗15d后对比分析三组患者的临床疗效.结果：A组患者的总有效率为85.0%,B组患者的总有效率为87.5%,C组患者的总有效率为95.0%.三组比较,C组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于A、B两组,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论：针刺与康复训练结合治疗急性脑梗死后吞咽功能障碍临床疗效显著,且患者吞咽功能明显改善,值得临床广泛推广应用.

A clinical analysis of treating swallowing dysfunction following acute cerebral infarction by acupuncture plus rehabilitation

Objective： To research clinical effects of the acupuncture plus rehabilitation on swallowing dysfunction following acute cerebral infarction. Methods： 120 patients were randomly divided into three groups; the group A （acupuncture group） was given acupuncture, while the group B （rehabilitation group） was given rehabilitation, the group C （acupuncture plus rehabilitation group） was given the acupuncture plus rehabilitation. Results： The total efficacy in the group A was 85.0%, in the group B it was 87.5%; the totalefficacy in the group C （95.0%） was obviously higher than that in others, P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion：The acupuncture plus rehabilitation showed good effects on swallowing dysfunction following acute cerebral infarction, and can improves wallowing dysfunction of patients obviously, was worthy of promotion.
