| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨大黄、阿魏酸钠、联合血必净对急性百草枯中毒的治疗效果.方法：选择我院收治的急性百草枯中毒患者107例为研究对象,分为常规治疗组和中药治疗组,中药治疗组为常规治疗组基础上加用大黄、阿魏酸钠及血必净.比较两组患者发生肺纤维化、多器官功能障碍综合征（MODS）及病死率之间的差异.结果：与常规治疗组相比,中药治疗组肺纤维化、MODS的发生率降低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,病死率亦低于常规治疗组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：大黄、阿魏酸钠、联合血必净治疗急性百草枯中毒能够有效改善脏器功能、降低肺纤维化及MODS的发生率,改善预后,降低病死率.

Clinical observation on treating paraquat poisoning with Dahuang,sodium ferulate,and Xuebijing |

| Abstract: | Objective： To evaluate the value of Dahuang, sodium ferulate, and Xuebijing on acute paraquat poisoning. Methods： 107patients were randomly divided into two groups; one group was given conventional therapy, and another was given integrative medicine.Results： The cases of the pulmonary fibrosis, MODS and the fatality rate in the TCM medicine group were lower, and the difference wasstatistically significant （P〈0.05）, Conclusion： Dahuang, sodium ferulate and Xuebijing injection in the treatment of acute paraquatpoisoning can protect organ function, reduce the incidence of pulmonary fibrosis and MODS, improve prognosis, decrease the fatality rate. |
