中药除风益损汤加减联合常规西药治疗超声乳化白内障吸除术后角膜水肿的疗效

目的：观察中药复方除风益损汤加减结合常规西药治疗超声乳化白内障吸除术后角膜水肿的疗效.方法：以我院治疗的经超声乳化手术后发生角膜水肿的患者共70例（130只眼）为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组（65只眼）采用妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液等常规西药治疗;观察组（65只眼）则采用中西医结合治疗,即在西药治疗基础上给予除风益损汤复方治疗;以患者恢复情况以及住院时间为指标评价其临床疗效.结果：经治疗后观察组、对照组总有效率95.38%（62/65）、70.77%（46/65）,组间比较（P﹤0.05）;观察组和对照组住院时间分别为（14±4）天、（24±2）天,组间比较（P﹤0.05）.结论：采用中药除风益损汤结合常规西药的方法治疗治疗超声乳化白内障吸除术后角膜水肿,不仅可有效降低再手术率以避免增加患者再手术的痛苦,还可以缩短疗程以减缓患者家庭经济压力,疗效确切,且安全、可靠,值得临床推广.

Curative observation on treatment of postoperative phacoemulsification corneal edema by ingredient-altered Chufeng Yisun Decoction combined withconventional western medicine

Objective： To observe the efficacy of ingredient-altered Chufeng Yisun Decoction combined with conventional westernmedicine on postoperative phacoemulsification corneal edema. Methods： 70 cases （130 eyes） with postoperative phacoemulsificationcorneal edema in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, the control group（ 65 eyes） were treated with conventional westernmedicine such as Tobramycin and Dexamethasone eyedrops; the observation group（ 65 eyes） were treated with integrated Chinese andwestern medicine, given compound Chufeng Yisun Decoction based on therapy for the control group. The recovery condition and the timeof hospitalization were considered as the indexes to evaluate the clinical efficacy. Results： The total effective rate of the observation groupand the control group were respectively 95.38% （62/65） and 70.77% （46/65）, comparison between groups （P〈0.05）; the time of hospitalstay of the observation group and the control group were （14±4） days, （24±2） days, comparison between groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The treatment of ingredient-altered Chufeng Yisun Decoction combined with conventional western medicine can not only effectivelyreduce the pain of re-operation, but shorten the course of treatment to alleviate the patients family economic pressure with curative effect,safety and reliability, which is worthy of clinical application.
