五味消毒饮加减治疗下肢骨折术后肿胀临床疗效观察

目的：对比观察五味消毒饮加减治疗下肢骨折术后肿胀临床效果.方法：选取2008年02月-2014年02月期间在我院诊治的80例下肢骨折术后肿胀患者,根据治疗方案的不同分为观察组（40例）和对照组（40例）,对照组采用传统的西医甘露醇消肿治疗,观察组采用五味消毒饮加减中药汤剂治疗,统计两组患者的观察指标并行统计学处理比较.结果：观察组总有效率为92.5%,对照组总有效率为80.0%,二者相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,观察组优势明显.结论：五味消毒饮加减治疗下肢骨折术后肿胀疗效确切,用药安全方便,不良反应小,值得临床推广应用.

Clinical observation on treating postoperative swelling of the lower limbs with Wuwei Xiaodu Yin

Objective： To observe clinical effects of Wuwei Xiaodu Yin on postoperative swelling of the lower limbs. Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into the observation group, given Wuwei Xiaodu Yin; and the control group, given traditional western medicine. Results： The total efficacy in the observation group was obviously better, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Wuwei Xiaodu Yin was confirmed with good effects, safe and convenient of medication, few side effects, and is worthy of clinical application.
