中西医结合治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征不孕的临床效果

目的：探究中西医结合疗法在治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕中的应用价值.方法：将60例多囊卵巢综合征致不孕的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者单纯实施西药治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合中药内服、艾灸等中医治疗方法,连续三个月,6个月后观察两组患者体内的激素水平状态及妊娠率.结果：两组患者体内的LH（黄体生成激素）、FSH（卵泡刺激素）、PRL（泌乳素）较治疗前均明显降低,且观察组患者的降幅更为明显,治疗后的LH、FSH、PRL与对照组（治疗后）比较存在差异性;同时,观察组患者受孕19例,受孕率为63.3%,对照组受孕11例,受孕率为36.7%,两者存在明显差异性.结论：中西医结合疗法可明显降低多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者的相应激素水平,提高其临床受孕率,值得推广.

Clinical effects of the integrative medicine on treating obese infertile with polycystic ovary syndrome

Objective： To discuss values of the integrative medicine on obese infertile with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods： 60patients were randomly divided into the control, given western medicine, and the observation, given TCM medicine and moxibustion more.Status and pregnancy hormone levels in both groups were observed in 6 months. Results： LH, FSH, PRL in both groups was obviously lower than before, especially in the observation, the difference was statistically significant. The pregnancy rate in the observation was63.3%, while in another it was 36.7%, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： The integrative medicine can obviously decrease hormone levels in obese infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, improve the pregnancy rate, and was worthy of promotion.
