养血清脑颗粒联合氟桂利嗪片治疗后循环缺血引起头晕120例临床疗效观察

目的：探讨养血清脑颗粒联合氟桂利嗪片治疗后循环缺血引起头晕的临床疗效.方法：选取我院自2012年1月-2013年1月收治的120例后循环缺血引起的头晕患者,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,各60例,给予观察组患者养血清脑颗粒联合氟桂利嗪片治疗,给予对照组患者单纯氟桂利嗪片治疗,对两组患者的治疗总有效率、治疗前后两组患者症候积分进行对比.结果：观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）,两组患者治疗前症候积分比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）,治疗后观察组明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论：给予后循环缺血引起头晕患者养血清脑颗粒联合氟桂利嗪片治疗取得良好的效果,值得临床推广和应用.

Clinical observation on treating 120 cases of dizziness from circulation ischemia with the Yangxue Qingnao granule plus flunarizine tablets

Objective： To discuss clinical effects of the Yangxue Qingnao granule plus flunarizine tablets on dizziness from circulation ischemia. Methods： 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases for each. The observation was given the Yangxue Qingnao granule plus flunarizine tablets; while the control was given flunarizine tablets solo. Results： The total efficacy in the observation was obviously higher than that in the control （P〈0.05）. Symptom scores in the observation were better than that in the control （P〈0.05）, while the difference before treatment was not statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Yangxue Qingnao granule plus flunarizine tablets showed good effects, were worthy of promotion.
