内服活血祛风颗粒联合308准分子光治疗白癜风临床观察

目的：观察内服活血祛风颗粒联合308nm准分子光治疗稳定期白癜风的疗效.方法：将256例病例随机分为研究组与对照组,研究组147例内服黑素再生液联合308nm准分子光照射治疗,对照组109例单纯进行308nm准分子光照射治疗,共治疗10～46次（平均16次）.结果：研究组痊愈率为85.0%,总有效率为98.6%,对照组痊愈率为42.2%,总有效率为73.4%.研究组痊愈率与有效率均高于对照组,两组疗法的痊愈率总有效率比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）.结论：内服活血祛风颗粒联合308nm准分子光治疗白癜风疗效显著.

Clinical observation on treating vitiligo with the Huoxue Qufeng granule plus 308 excimer light

Objective： To observe clinical effects of the Huoxue Qufeng granule plus 308nm excimer light on vitiligo. Methods： 256 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 147 patients in the research were treated by 308nm excimer light plus melanocyte regeneration solution, while 109 patients in the control were given 308nm excimer light solo, all for 10-46 times. Results： The curative ratein the research was 85.0%, in another it was 42.2%; the total efficacy in two groups was 98.6% and 73.4% respectively. The curative rate and total efficacy in the research were higher, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Huoxue Qufeng granule plus 308nm excimer light was confirmed with good effects on vitiligo.
