中西医结合用于慢性呼吸衰竭的临床分析

目的：分析探讨中西医结合治疗慢性呼吸衰竭的临床疗效.方法：随机将86例慢性呼吸衰竭患者分成实验组和对照组,对照组采用单纯西医治疗法,实验组则采用中西医结合治疗法,详细记录所有患者在接受治疗前后血气分析指标和临床症状的变化.结果：两组患者在分别接受治疗后,血气分析指标和临床症状都有不同程度的改善,实验组患者显效29例,有效12例,总有效率为95.35%;对照组患者显效23例,有效9例,总有效率为74.42%,总有效率实验组明显高于对照组.结论：中西医结合治疗慢性呼吸衰竭比单纯的西医治疗法效果更加显著,值得推广和应用.

A clinical analysis of treating chronic respiratory failure in the integrative medicine

Objective： To discuss and analyze clinical effects of the integrative medicine on chronic respiratory failure. Methods： 86patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given western medicine solo, while the experiment group was given the integrative medicine treatment, and changes in blood and respiratory indicators and clinical symptoms were analyzed. Results： Bloodand respiratory indicators and clinical symptoms were improved with treatment, in the experiment group, 29 were markedly improved, 12were improved; while in the control group, 23 were markedly improved, 9 were improved, the total efficiency in the experiment group（95.35%） was significantly better than that （74.42%） in the control. Conclusion： The integrative medicine was more effective, and was worthy of promotion.
