从肝肾论治原发性高血压114例

目的：观察在中医学理论指导下,从肝肾论治原发性高血压的临床疗效及对动脉弹性的影响.方法：将114例原发性高血压病人依照治疗方法分为治疗组（60）和对照组（54例）.治疗组应用滋肝养肾汤和培哚普利治疗;对照组应用复方羚角降压片和培哚普利治疗.在治疗前与治疗15d、30d后对病人临床疗效检测指标：收缩压（SBP）和舒张压（DBP）;检测病人大动脉弹性指数（C1）与小动脉弹性指数（C2）,通过上述检测指标对患者疗效等进行评价.结果：两组患者治疗后15d、30d时SBP、DBP较治疗前下降（P〈0.05）.治疗组治疗30d后C2较治疗前明显增高（P〈0.05）,且优于对照组（P〈0.05）,其他相关检测指标比较,差异均无显著性意义（P〉0.05）.两组治疗30d后,总有效率分别为88.9%与76.4%（P〉0.05）.结论：从肝肾论证原发性高血压,应用滋肝养肾汤能够显著改善原发性高血压患者收缩压和舒张压,增加小动脉弹性,收到了较好的临床疗效,值得临床广泛应用.

Treating 114 cases of essential hypertension from Gan and Shen

Objective： To observe clinical effects on treating essential hypertension and arterial elasticity from Gan and Shen, under the guidance of TCM theory. Methods： 114 cases were divided into the treatment group （60 cases） and the control group （54 case）. The treatment group was given the Zigan Yangshen decoction and perindopril; while the control group was given compound Lingjiao Jiangya tablets and perindopril. SBP, DBP, C1 and C2 were detected before and 15d, 30d after treatment, and clinical effects were analyzed. Results：With 15d and 30d of treatment, SBP and DBP were reduced （P〈0.05） and C2 was increased obviously （P〈0.05） compared with before treatment; there were no significant difference in other detection indexes （P〉0.05）. With 30d of treatment, the total efficiency in the treatment group was 88.9%, while in the control group was 76.4% （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The application of the Zigan Yangyin decoction based on treating essential hypertension from Gan and Shen, could obviously improve systolic and diastolic blood pressure and increase elasticity of artery with better clinical efficacy, and was worthy of clinical promotion.
