摘    要:目的: 确定头花蓼GAP种植基地药材的最佳采收时间及初加工方法,以指导头花蓼药材的采收加工。 方法: 采用高效液相色谱法、水溶性浸出物测定法对不同采收期、不同初加工方法GAP种植基地的头花蓼药材中槲皮素、槲皮苷、没食子酸、水溶性浸出物含量进行测定,并运用主成分分析对测定结果进行综合质量评价对比研究。 结果: 8月下旬采集的药材综合评分值为2.093 0,阴干的药材综合评分值为1.723 1,包含了头花蓼药材中槲皮素、槲皮苷等4种指标成分的最佳综合信息,可确定头花蓼GAP种植基地药材最佳采收时间应在8月下旬,最佳初加工方法应为阴干。 结论: 不同生长发育期采集的头花蓼中指标成分积累具有一定的规律,初加工方法对头花蓼药材质量影响较大。

Abstract:Objective: Todeterminethe optimal harvesting time andinitial processing method for Polygonum capitatum herbs from GAP cultivationbase, in order to guide the harvesting and processing of P.capitatum. Method: The content of quercetin, quercitrin, gallic acid and water-soluble extracts fromP.capitatum herbs with different harvesting time, different initial processing for GAP cultivation baseand water-soluble extract was determined by HPLC, and the determination results were assessed by principal component analysis. Result: The synthetic graded value of P.capitatumherbs in later Augustwas 2.093 0, dry in the shadewas 1.723 1.They include the best comprehensive information for the four kinds of index components, and it can be determined that the optimal harvesting time of P.capitatumwas in later August and the best initial processing method of P.capitatum is dry in the shade. Conclusion: The accumulation of the index component from P.capitatum in different periods of growth is regularly, the processing method has a great influence on P.capitatum.
