| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨婚前妇女弓形虫感染水平、治疗方案及对猫有接触史的人群与感染率的关系。方法 用ＥＬＩＳＡ法对南宁市４１７５名婚前妇女进行弓形虫ＩｇＭ、ＩｇＧ抗体检测。结果 婚前妇女弓形虫妇女弓形虫感染率差异明显（Ｐ〈０．０１），风疹ＩｇＧ抗体阳性与弓形虫感染无关（Ｐ〈０．０５），乙酰螺旋霉素在治疗婚前妇女纠形虫感染中仍为首选，结论 积极开展婚前妇女纠形虫感染血清流行病学监测，对降低先天性纠形虫患儿的发生意 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the prevalence of Toxoplasma infection in premarital women,treatment method and the relationship between the infection and contact history. Methods 4 175 premarital women from Nanning were examined for the anti_Toxoplasma IgM and IgG antibodies with ELISA. Results The Toxoplasma infection rate in premarital women was 7.67%(IgM:3.09%,IgG:4.58%).The infection rates were significantly different between the women with and without contact history with cats(P<0.01).No correlation was found between Toxoplasma infection and anti_rubella antibody (P>0.05). Spiramycini was the best for the treatment of Toxoplasma.Conclusion Seroepidemiological surveillance of Toxoplasma infection in premarital women is of significance for reducing the birth of babies with Toxoplasma infection.
