| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨趋化因子CXCL10在儿童自身免疫性甲状腺炎（HD中的作用机制和病程不同阶段的变化。方法：收集儿童和青少年HT53例和30例正常对照．应用ELISA方法测定两组血清CXCLIO的水平并比较二者差异；比较病程不同阶段的HT的血清CXCL10的水平：测定儿童HT病人的甲状腺功能（FT3，FT4，sTSH）及甲状腺自身抗体水平（TGAb，TMAb，TRAb，TSI），应用spearman相关分析方法分析HT患儿的FT3，FT4，sTSH，TGAb，TMAb，TRAb，TSI这些指标与血清CXCL10水平的相关性。结朵：血清CXCL10的水平在儿童HT比正常对照组升高（P〈0．05）；血清CXCLIO的水平在儿童HT发病初期及未缓解期高于缓解期和正常对照组，有统计学意义。在HT组血清CXCL10的水平与sTsH呈正相关（P〈0．01），与FT3、FT4、TGAb、TMAb、TRAb、TSI无相关性。结论：CXCL10在儿童HT的发病初期起重要作用．在儿童HT病程中存在着动态变化，研究CXCLl0可为儿童HT的治疗开辟一条新的途径：
