| 摘 要： | 目的:观察盖诺(NVB)联合5-氟脲嘧啶,顺铂(DDP)的NFP方案治疗食管癌的疗效和毒副反应。方法:对57例食管癌患者应用NFP方案进行治疗,其中NVB25mg/m2,静脉滴入,给药d1,8;5-FU 0.5mg/m2,d1-5,civ;DDP 30mg/m2,静脉冲入,d1-3,3w-4w为一个周期,每例至少治疗2个周期。结果:患者总有效率43.86%,中位生存期8.4月,主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制及消化道反应。结论:盖诺联合5-氟脲嘧啶顺铂治疗食管癌疗效确切,毒副反应可以耐受。
