摘    要:本文定时观察了用秋水仙碱处理体外培养恶性疟原虫后的红细胞感染率及环状体、大滋养体和裂殖体各期的比例,并与用山梨醇处理进行了比较。结果发现,秋水仙碱处理后疟原虫可维持2~3个生物周期的同步化发育,并且处理后的红细胞感染率可在14%以上。山梨醇处理后疟原虫可维持2个生物周期的同步化发育,最高红细胞感染率为7.7%。

Abstract:Culture of Plasmodium falciparum with parasitemias of 3%~5% were exposed to 4 mmol/L colchicine for 24 hours. Synchrony was observed 24 hours after treatment,and cultures retained syn- chronous for 2 to 3 replicative cycles. The percentage of ring stage parasites reached peaks of over 90% at 48 and 96 hours. The percentage of schizonts reached 80%,53% and 61% in 36,84 and 120 hours respectively. Parasitemias in both colchicine-treated and untreated control culture reached peak of over 14% at 120 hours after colchicine treatment. Synchronous development of the erythrocytic stages of Plasmodium fabciparum in culture was also accomplished by suspending cultured parasites in 5% sor- bitol and subsequent reintroduction into culture.
