| 摘 要： | 目的：观察人工肝支持系统(Artificial Liver Support System，ALSS)在妊娠合并重症肝炎中的效果；方法：对9例妊娠合并重症肝炎病人产后在内科综合治疗基础上同时给予人工肝支持治疗；结果：ALSS治疗后血胆红素明显下降，总蛋白及凝血酶元活动度明显升高，但实验组、对照组疗效差别不显著；结论：AUSS在妊娠合并重症肝炎中的作用尚需进一步总结、观察。

| Abstract: | Objective:To describe the efficacy of artificial liver support system (ALSS) on severe hepatitis associated with pregnancy.Methods:15 patients with hepatitis associated with pregnancy were divided randomly into control group (6 cases, aged 22-33 years), in which hepatitis patients were treated with general therapy, and test group (9 cases aged 23-32 yr), in which the cases were treated with general+ALSS after delivery. We observed the clinical effects of both groups such as symptoms, signs, biochemical index etc.Results:The decreased level of HB and the increased level of blood total protein and prothrombin activity in the test group were found but no difference between the test and control group.Conclusion:The efficacy of treatment with ALSS in patients suffering of hepatitis associated with pregnancy would need further study. |
