平阳霉素联合地塞米松局部注射治疗小儿血管瘤的临床观察

目的探讨平阳霉素联合地塞米松局部注射治疗小儿血管瘤的临床疗效。方法将平阳霉素8 mg+地塞米松2mg+生理盐水4 ml+2%利多卡因1 ml稀释备用。根据患儿的年龄、血管瘤的大小、部位决定用药剂量。每隔2~3周注射1次,每次剂量不超过6 mg。总剂量不超过30 mg。结果862例血管瘤患者行局部注射治疗,并随访1~5年,治愈率为87.5%,总有效率为92.4%。结论平阳霉素联合地塞米松局部注射治疗小儿血管瘤安全有效,值得推广应用。

CLINICAL OBSERVATION ON THE INJECTION OF PINGYANGMYCIN COMBINED WITH DEXAMETHASONE IN THE TREATMENT OF CHILDREN HEMANGIOMA

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of local injection of pingyangmycin combined with dexamethasone in children with hemangioma. Methods Pingyangmycin （8 mg） was mixed with dexamethasone （2 mg） and saline （4 ml） and 2% ledocaine（ 1 ml ）. The dosage of the drug was determined according to the child age ,the size and location of the hemangioma. Injection was administered every 2 - 3 weeks. The dosage every time was less than 6 mg and the total dosage was less than 30 mg. Results eight hundred and sixty - two cases of hemangioma were treated with pingyangmycin combined with dexamethasone. The healing rate was 87.5% and the total effective rate was 92.4%. Condusion Local injection of pingyangmycin Combined with Dexamethasone is effective in treatment of hemangioma,, so could be popularized and applied.
