关节镜下胫骨平台骨折的手术治疗临床观察

目的:观察关节镜下对胫骨平台骨折手术治疗的临床疗效.方法:应用关节镜监视下复位固定塌陷及分离移位治疗胫骨平台骨折43例,关节镜组23例,切开手术组20例,观察术后愈合及并发症发生情况.结果:43例骨折均在3个月骨性愈合,未出现感染、切口愈合不良和骨筋膜间隔综合征等早期并发症.随访12个月,未发生创伤性膝关节炎、膝关节内翻和外翻畸形.结论:关节镜监视下治疗胫骨平台骨折不需打开关节,具有损伤小、操作安全、能同时发现和处理关节内合并症、术后康复快的优点.

Clinical Observation in the treatment of tibial plarteau fracture under arthroscope

Objective:To introduce the treatment of tibial plateau under arthroscope and recent clinical outcomes.Methods:Using the arthroscope to treat 43 patients with tibial plateau fractures.Results:The 43 patient were all healed in 3 months,with no severe complications such as poor wound healing,infection of osteofascial compartment syndrome.All patients were followed up for 12 months and showed no traumatic knee osteoarthritis,inversion or eversion of the knee.Conclusions: The treatment with arthroscope has slight damage and is safe in operation,through which we can discover and handle joint complications at the same time.
