128例冠心病患者危险因素研究

目的：探讨冠心病患者发病的主要危险因素。方法：选取128例确诊冠心病患者及门诊检查的100例排除冠心病的人群,抽取血样进行血清空腹血糖（GLU）、甘油三酯（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、高密度血浆脂蛋白（HDL）、低密度血浆脂蛋白（LDL）、纤维蛋白原、C-反应蛋白（CRP）、纤溶酶原激活抑制剂（PAI-1）及吸烟史、饮酒史进行分析。结果：通过多因素logistic回归分析显示：糖尿病[OR=3.923,95%CI（3.157,4.645）],高胆固醇血症[OR=4.376,95%CI（3.437,5.831）],纤维蛋白原升高[（OR=3.117,95%CI（2.740,5.013）],C-反应蛋白升高[OR=4.091,95%CI（3.231,4.983）]均可作为冠心病发病的危险因素。结论：糖尿病、高胆固醇血症、纤维蛋白原升高、C-反应蛋白升高均可能为冠心病人群发病的危险因素。

Analysis on the Risk Factors of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective：To evaluate the risk factors of coronary heart disease（CHD）.Methods：128 residents and 100 physical examination adults were randomly slected.Relatively risk factors of CHD including serum sugar,triglyceride,total cholesterol,high density lipoprotein,low density lipoprotein,fibrinogen,C-reactive protein,plasminogen activator inhibitor-1,smoking and drinking were delected in them.Results：Logistic regression analysis showed that several factors were associated with the risk of CHD,including diabetes[（OR=3.923,95%CI（3.157,4.645）],hypercholesterolemia[OR=4.376,95%CI（3.437,5.831）],higher level of fibrinogen[（OR=3.117,95%CI（2.740,5.013）],C-reactive protein[（OR=4.091,95%CI（3.231,4.983）].Conclusion：The main risk factors of CHD were diabetes,hypercholesterolemia,the increased level of fibrinogen and C-reactive protein.
