| 摘 要： | 目的：研究拳参提取物的抑菌活性。方法：通过滤纸片对拳参提取物进行了抑菌试验。结果：不同浓度的拳参提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌有一定的抑菌效果，随着拳参提取物浓度的增加，其对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌作用增强，呈一定的剂量依赖性。但拳参提取物对痢疾杆菌却无抑菌效果。结论：拳参提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌有显著的抑菌作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the antimicrobial activity of Polygonum bistorta L..Methods:To experiment the antimicrobial activitis of Polygonum bistorta L.of three kinds of concentrations with filtering paper.Results:Polygonum bistorta L.shows antimicrobial activity to Staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli.With the increase of concentration of Polygonum bistorta L.,the antimicrobial activity to staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli also increased.But they had no antimicrobial activity to Dysentery bacilli.Conclusion: Polygonum bistorta L.has remarkable antimicrobial activity to Staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli. |
