低位水囊引产用于足月妊娠的疗效观察

目的：研究低位水囊引产与低浓度缩宫素静脉点滴引产用于足月妊娠引产的临床效果观察对比。方法：将920例患者按宫颈成熟度Bishop评分1—6为甲组（474例）：Bishop评分≥7为乙组（446例），甲组患者随机分为两组：低位水囊引产组（226例），缩宫素引产组（248例）。乙组患者随机分为两组：低位水囊引产组194例，缩宫素引产组252例。结果：观察比较临床效果，水囊引产有效率明显高于缩宫素组，不良作用差异无显著性。结论：水囊引产方法简单，医疗费用低，引产有效率高，尤其适用于基层医院。

Observation on low position induction with water bag in full term pregnancy

Objective：To study the clinical effect of low position induction with water bag in full term pregnancy. Methods：To divide 920 patients into two groups according the cervix uteri maternity Bishop score ： Bishop score 1-6 for the group A （474 cases）, ≥ 7 for the group B （446 cases）. The group A was randomly subdivided into two groups：the group of low position induction with water bag（226 cases） and the oxytoein induction group （248 cases）.The group B also was randomly subdivided into two groups： the group of low position induction with water bag （194 cases） and the oxytocin induction group （252 cases）. Results：The effectiveness of low position induction with water bag was obviously higher than that of the oxytoein induction group, but the side effects had no significant difference. Conclusion： Low position induction with water bag is simple and suitable for the basic unit hospital with low cost and higher effect.
