1例婴儿急性淋巴细胞白血病化疗期间营养药物治疗方案分析

目的:探讨肠外肠内营养专业临床药师在儿科患者营养治疗监护中发挥的作用。方法:临床药师在1例婴儿期急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿化疗期间营养治疗监护过程中,对患儿及主治医师团队营养支持治疗进行了全程化指导。结果:在临床药师参与下,该患儿营养治疗实现了个体化,达到了预期效果。结论:临床药师在临床治疗中可以发挥重要作用。

Nutritional Drug Therapy for an Infant with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia during Chemotherapy

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in parenteral and enteral nutrition in the monitoring of nutritional treatment of pediatric patients. Methods: During the nutritional drug therapy process for an infant with acute lymphoblastic leukemia during chemotherapy, the clinical pharmacist guided the whole course of nutritional support treatment for the child and the attending clinicians. Results: With the participation of clinical pharmacists, the nutritional drug therapy of this child truly achieved individualized treatment and obtained the expected results. Conclusion: Clinical pharmacists can play an essential role in clinical treatment.
