| 摘 要： | 伴随着社会老龄化趋势的加剧,老年食管癌患者的比例在不断增加。鉴于老年患者的手术耐受性较差、合并症多等原因,放疗在老年食管癌的治疗中显得尤为重要。本文主要探讨老年食管癌综合治疗进展。

| Abstract: | Along with the intensification of the aging trend, the proportion of elderly patients suffering from esophageal cancer has been ever increased. Radiotherapy plays a pivotal role in the treatment of esophageal cancer in the elderly patients considering their relatively poor tolerance of surgery and high risk of postoperative complications. In this review, the development in the comprehensive treatment of esophageal cancer in the elderly was summarized. |
