| 摘 要： | 阐述基于微信公众平台的医院患者流程优化设计及功能，包括预约挂号、缴费、候诊状态实时查询及检验检查结果查询等，指出应用该平台能够节约患者排队缴费时间、缓解门诊压力、方便开展满意度测评等，最后分析该平台不足并提出相应建议。

| Abstract: | The paper expounds on the design and functions of hospital patient process optimization based on WeChat official platform, including appointment register, payment, real-time query of waiting status and query of examination results, etc., points out that the application of this platform can save the time for patients to queue for payment, relieve the pressure of outpatient service, facilitate the satisfaction evaluation, etc., finally analyzes the shortcomings of the platform and puts forward corresponding suggestions. |
