摘    要:铁死亡是铁依赖的脂质过氧化物和活性氧不断累积而最终导致细胞程序性死亡方式。Erastin是近年筛选出的一种小分子化合物,是铁死亡常用的诱导剂,在抗肿瘤方面具有极大潜力。Erastin具有抑制胱氨酸/谷氨酸转运蛋白、P53以及电压依赖性阴离子通道等作用,能够提高肿瘤细胞对各种化疗药物以及放射治疗的敏感性。本文综述Erastin在肿瘤细胞铁死亡中的作用及机制,希望为肿瘤的治疗提供新思路。

Abstract:Ferroptosis is an iron-dependent accumulation of lipid peroxides and reactive oxygen species that eventually leads to programmed cell death. Erastin is a small molecule compound screened in recent years, which is a commonly used inducer of ferroptosis and has great potential in anti-tumor therapy. Rastin can inhibit cystine/glutamate transport proteins, P53, and voltage dependent anion channels, which can enhance the sensitivity of tumor cells to various chemotherapy drugs and radiation therapy. This article reviews the role and mechanism of Erastin in tumor cell ferroptosis, hoping to provide new ideas for the treatment of tumors.
