摘    要:]细菌对抗生素的耐药性和耐受性是导致临床上细菌感染性疾病治疗失败的主要原因。鉴于转录调控因子在基因表达调控中的重要作用,其介导细菌应对抗生素压力一直是研究的热点。本文从细菌耐药性的现况出发,综述了转录调控因子介导细菌耐药性和耐受性的相关研究进展,并提出今后的研究应该重点关注与细菌的生理代谢密切相关的耐受表型,希望为耐药分子诊断和新药研发提供新视角和潜在靶点。

Abstract:Bacterial resistance and tolerance to antibiotics are the main causes of treatment failure in clinical bacterial infectious diseases. Given the important role of transcription factors in gene expression regulation, their contribution to bacterial response to antibiotic stress has been a research hotspot. In this review, we summarize the research progress of bacterial resistance and tolerance to antibiotic mediated by transcription factors, and highlight the importance of tolerant phenotypes closely related to bacterial physiological metabolisms for future research, hoping to provide a new perspective and potential targets for molecular diagnosis of drug resistance and new drug development.
