| 摘 要： | 主动脉夹层(AD)是指主动脉内膜撕裂后腔内的血液通过内膜破口进入动脉壁中层形成夹层血肿,并沿血管长轴方向扩展,形成动脉真、假腔病理改变的严重主动脉疾病。当AD压迫或阻断营养脊髓的血管时将出现脊髓损伤。本文就急性主动脉夹层患者脊髓损伤的研究现状及展望做一综述。

| Abstract: | Aorta dissection (AD) is a serious aortic disease in which the blood enters into the middle layer of the artery and expands along the long axis of the vessel. Spinal cord injury may occur when AD oppresses or blocks the blood vessels that nourish the spinal cord. This article reviews the current status and prospect of spinal cord injury in patients with acute aortic dissection. |
