脑血管病患者血氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白与脂质、脂蛋白及载脂蛋白的比较及关系

用ＥＬＩＳＡ法测定了７１例脑血管病（ＣＶＤ）患者血浆氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白（ＯＭＬＤＬ）浓度，对比分析了患者血ＯＭＬＤＬ、甘油三酯（ＴＧ）、总胆固醇（ＴＣ）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＨＤＬＣ）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇ＬＤＬＣ、载脂蛋白ＡⅠ（ａｐｏＡⅠ）、ａｐｏＢ１００的浓度、变化及异常率，并分析了ＯＭＬＤＬ浓度与其它指标的相关性。结果：ＣＶＤ患者血ＯＭＬＤＬ浓度显著高于对照组，ＬＤＬＣ浓度显著升高，ａｐｏＡⅠ浓度降低，而ＴＧ、ＴＣ、ＨＤＬＣ及ａｐｏＢ１００浓度无明显变化。除ＬＤＬＣ外，其余指标的异常率均显著低于ＯＭＬＤＬ。ＯＭＬＤＬ浓度与ａｐｏＡⅠ呈等级负相关（ｒＳ＝０．２８４，Ｐ＜０．０５），而与ＴＧ、ＴＣ、ＨＤＬＣ、ＬＤＬＣ及ａｐｏＢ１００无显著相关性。作者认为ＯＭＬＤＬ是目前脂代谢指标中最好的ＣＶＤ危险因素判别指标。

Comparasion and relationship of plasma concentration of oxidative modification of low density lipoprotein with lipid,lipoprotein and apolipoprotein in cerebrovascular disease

he plasma concentration of oxdative modification of low density lipoprotein(OMLDL) in 71 patients with cerebrovascular disesase (CVD) was determined by ELISA.The concentration change and the abnormality percentage of the patients were comparatively analyzed between OMLDL and triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),highdensitylipoptotein cholesterol(HDLC),lowdensitylipoprotein cholesterol(LDLC),apolipoprotein(apo)AI and apoB 100 .Also analyzed was the correlation between OMLDL and other parameters.The results showed:the blood OMLDL concentration was remarkably higher and so was LDL;the apoaAI was obviously lower as compared with the control group,while the concentrations of TG,TC,HDLC and apoB 100 were not found to have obvious changes;all abnormal percentages were apparently lower than OMLDL except LDLC;there was a rank negative correlation between OMLDL concentration and apoAI(r s=0.284, P <0.05),but no correlation was found between OMLDL and TG,TC,HDLC,LDLC and apoB 100 .OMLDL is currently regarded as the best index of CVD risk factor among all ones relating to blood lipometabolism.
