低位骶骨肿瘤经后路次全切除围手术期的护理

目的探讨低位骶骨肿瘤经后路次全切除围手术期的护理方法。方法对23例低位骶骨肿瘤经后路大块切除的患者施行术前心理护理、饮食管理、括约肌及大小便功能训练、DSA栓塞术护理、肠道处理及术前备血等；术后进行生命体征监测、饮食护理及营养支持、伤口护理、预防感染、神经功能观测和下肢功能锻炼，以及出院后康复指导等。结果术后随访12—36个月，平均（28．6±5．2）个月，23例患者中经治疗和精心护理，好转17例（73．9％），进步5例（21．8％），无效死亡1例（4．3％），总有效率95．7％。结论专业化的围手术期护理在低位骶骨肿瘤经后路次全切除术中至关重要，能有效减少并发症，促进患者早日康复。

Peri-operative Care of Low Sacral Tumor by Posterior Subtotal Resection

Objective To evaluate peri-operative care of low sacral tumor by posterior subtotal resection. Methods In this study ,23 cases with low sacral tumor had been implemented posterior subtotal resection. Peri-oporative care had been done, including preoperative psychological care, catering management, sphincter and toilet training, DSA care, preoperative bowel preparation and preparation of blood and postoperative care such as monitoring vital signs, diet care and nutrition support, wound care, infection prevention, neurological function observations,lower limb function training and rehabilitation after discharge et al. Results The mean follow-up was （28.6 ± 5.2 ） months（ range, 12 to 36 months）. After treatment and care, 17 cases improved（ improvement rate,73.9% ） ,5 cases progressed （ progress rate,21.8% ）, 1 cases died （ mortality rate,4.3 % ）, and the total effective rate is 95.7%. Conclusion Specialized peri-operative care was crucial to low sacral tumor subtotal resection. Which was effective in reducing complications, and promoting an early recovery for patients.
