腹腔镜用于异位妊娠手术的临床分析

目的　通过回顾性对照分析 ,了解异位妊娠腹腔镜手术治疗的临床价值及安全性。方法　对4 7例剖腹手术和 4 4例腹腔镜手术的异位妊娠病人分组进行腹腔积血量、术中出血量、手术时间、术后病率、住院天数对照分析。结果　腹腔积血量两组间无差异 ,术中出血量、住院天数腹腔镜组明显少于剖腹手术组(P均 <0 0 1) ,术后病率发生率腹腔镜组明显小于剖腹手术组 (P <0 0 1) ,手术时间腹腔镜组明显大于剖腹手术组 (P <0 0 1)。结论　腹腔镜手术具有创伤小、术中出血少、恢复快、术后病率低、住院天数少等优点 ,是异位妊娠病人首选并安全有效的治疗方案。

Clinical analysis of ectopic pregnancy operation with laparoscopy

Objective To find out the clinical value and safety of laparoscopy operation on ectopic pregnancy by means of retrospectively comparative analysis.Methods A comparative analysis on the relative data including belly bleeding amount,bleeding amount during operation,operation time,postoperative morbidity and the period of postoperative hospital stay were analyzed between one group of 47 cases of laparotomy and another group of 44 cases of operative laparoscopy.Results In the terms of average belly bleeding amount,there was no obvious difference between two groups.The average bleeding amount during operation and the average hospitalized days postoperative in the group of laparoscopy were much less than those in the group of laparotomy.The postoperative morbidity in the group of laparoscopy was much lower than in the group of laparotomy.The average operation time in the group of laparoscopy was much longer than that in the group of laparotomy.Conclusion Laparoscopy operation has obvious advantages of less tissue injury,less operation bleeding,more rapid recovery,lower postoparetive morbidity,shorter period of postoperative hospital stay,etc.Apparently,it is the first chosen,safe and effective treatment for the ectopic pregnancy patients.
