复方庚炔诺酮对小鼠骨髓细胞及胎肝血微核率的影响

摘    要:本文用微核试验测定了复方庚炔诺酮对小鼠骨髓细胞及胎肝血微核率的影响。复方庚炔诺酮1,5,10及100mg/kg组小鼠骨髓多染性红细胞的微核率分别为2.4,2,2.2及2.8‰;复方庚炔诺酮10,50及100mg/kg组胎肝血微核率分别为2.7,3.3及4‰。溶剂对照组小鼠骨髓多染性红细胞及胎肝血微核率为1.8~3‰,复方庚炔诺酮与对照组之间微核率并无显著差异(P>0.06)。阳性对照药物环磷酰胺组微核率为49~64.3‰。结果提示复方庚炔诺酮似不具有明显的遗传毒性效应。

Abstract:The effects of combined NET-OEN on micronuclear frequencies of polychromatic erythrocytes (PCEs) of bone marrow and fetal liver blood were observed in mouse.While adult female mice were subcutaneously given combined NET-OEN at doses of 1, 5, 10 and 100mg/kg, the frequencies of micronucleated bone marrow PCEs Were 2.4, 2, 2.2 and 2.8‰, respectively. The micronuclear frequencies of fetal liver blood were 2.67, 3.33 and 4‰ in treatment group, given intraperitoneally combined NET-OEN at doses of 10, 50 and 100mg/kg, respectively. However, the micronuclear frequencies of bone marrow erythroblasts and fetal liver blood in control group were 1.8~3‰. There is no signifi ant difference between the treated and the control group (P>0.05). As a positive control group, cyclophosphomidum (CPP) showed high micronuclear frequencies as 49~64.3‰. The results suggest that combined NET-OEN appeared not to possess apparent genotoxic effects in mouse.
