尼可地尔与氨氯地平联用治疗高血压病疗效观察

目的探讨尼可地尔与氨氯地平联用治疗高血压的临床疗效。方法本组选择轻中度高血压病患者100例,随机分为治疗组(尼可地尔+氨氯地平)与对照组(氨氯地平)。治疗前后分别检测血压,心功能、颈动脉壁内中膜厚度,检测肾功能、血脂、空腹血糖。结果氨氯地平与尼可地尔联用明显降低高血压患者血压,改善心功能。两组均能改善血糖水平及肾功能指标。结论氨氯地平与尼可地尔联合应用能明显改善心功能,尤其适合高血压病合并冠心病、心功能不全、肾功能不全、动脉硬化、2型糖尿病的患者。

The Study to the Effect of Nicorandil and Amlodipine on Hypertention

Objective To investigate the antihypertensive Effect of Nicorandil and Amlodipine on hypertention. Methods 100 cases with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups . To accept either Amlodipine Tablets（5.0 ~ 10 mg qd） （group,n =50） ,or Amlodipine（5.0 - 10 mg qd） and Nieorandil（5.0 ~ 10 mg rid） （contral group, n = 50） treatment. Then the changes of the cardiac function, blood presser, Carotid wall intra - tuniea media thickness,the renal funtion, the fasting plasma glucose blood -fat inprior and post treatment in 100 eases were studied and compared. Results The cardiac functions were obviousely improved in Nieorandil and Amlodipine group; The plasma glucose and the renal function were obviousely improved in two groups. Conclusion Nicorandil and Amlodipine might be ideal drugs in treating hypertension with eardia insufficiency, renal inadequacy, diaetes.
