青光眼小瞳孔下超声乳化吸出人工晶状体植入术

摘    要:目的:观察青光眼合并白内障小瞳孔下行超声乳化吸出术的临床效果。方法:对32例32眼青光眼合并白内障应用非切开瞳孔扩张法,小瞳孔下行超声乳化吸出联合人工晶状体植入术治疗,结果:随访12月,32例32眼无严重并发症,瞳孔形状基本恢复,直径3-3.5mm者22眼,占68.72%,直径4-5mm者8眼,占25.00%;直径≥6mm2眼,占6.25%,视力眼前手动3眼,占9.37%;0.05-0.08 3眼,占9.37%;0.1-0.26眼,占9.37%;0.1-0.26眼,占18.75%,0.3-0.414眼占43.75%,≥0.56眼,占18.75%,结论:青光眼合并白内障无张力性小瞳孔下行白内障超声乳化吸出联合人工晶状体入术是安全可行的。

Abstract:Objective To observe clinic effect of ultrasonic phacoemulsification under glaucomatous condition through samll pupil.Methods 32 patients,with 32 eyes suffered from cataract and glaucoma.The pupil was expanded without incision.All the eyes were treated by implantation of intraocular lens after ultrasonic phacoemulsification through small pupil.Results 12 months post operatively,there were not any serious complication for all the 32 eyes.The shape of the pupils almost come back to normal figure.22 eyes got a diameter of 3 to 3 5 mm,which took a ration of 68 72%;8 eyes got a diameter of 4 to 5 mm,as 25 00%;other 2 eyes was 6 mm,as 6 25%;the quantity of eyes whose eyesight improved to near visibility level was 3(9 37%),over 0 05 was 3(9 37%),over 0 1 was 6(18 75%),over 0 3 was 14(43 75%);over 0 5 was 6(18 75%).Conclusion The implantation of intraocular lens after extraction of ultrasonic phacoemulsified cataract through small pupil of glaucomatous patients is feasible and safe.
