| 摘 要： | 测定急性冠脉综合征（ACS）患者血清中氨基末端B型钠尿肽前体（NT-proBNP）和超敏CRP（hs-CRP）水平,探讨其临床意义。应用强生Vitros ECi免疫发光仪对血清NT-proBNP的含量进行测定,应用放射免疫分析法检测患者血清中hs-CRP的水平。结果显示,与对照组相比,患者血清中NT-proBNP和hs-CRP水平显著升高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,联合检测NT-proBNP和hs-CRP,对ACS诊断的特异性可达100%。结论：血清中NT-proBNP和hs-CRP的联合测定对ACS的分析判断有重要意义。

| Abstract: | To explore the clinical significance the serum levels of N-Terminal proB-Type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) in patients with acute coronary syndrome,the serum levels of NT-proBNP and hs-CRP in patients and normal controls were determined by ECi Immunity Analyzer and radioimmunoassay respectively.The results showed that the serum levels of NT-proBNP and hs-CRP in patients with acute coronary syndrome were significantly higher than that of controls(P<0.05).The ... |
