| 摘 要： | 梗阻性黄疸对肠黏膜屏障的破坏是多因素、多层次的。许多研究表明,胆道引流对肠黏膜屏障具有积极的改善作用。少数研究结果持相反意见,且争议较大。以下综述近年来梗阻性黄疸状态下胆道内外引流,对肠黏膜屏障的调节作用及其临床意义。

| Abstract: | The drainage of gut barrier in obstructive jaundice is multi-factorial and multistrata.In experimental models,biliary drainage is almost exclusively associated with beneficial results in immunologic,biological and mechanical barrier.But human studies are rare and show conflicting results.This review summarizes the effect and clinical significance of biliary drainage on intestinal mucosa in obstructive jaundice. |
