| 摘 要： | 近年来,人们健康观念的转变导致护理模式发生根本性变革。现代护理发展趋势,将日益呈现出开放性、多元化、系统化、人性化等特征。因此,对护理人员综合质素提出了更高的要求。本文对护理发展趋势及其对护理人员相关素质要求进行了综述。

| Abstract: | In recent yars,the people's health concept has changed and resulted in the rudimentary transform of nursing modes.It is obvious that the modern nursing tends to increasingly develop with the characteristics of open,multi-components,systematization and humanity.Accordingly,the paramedics have to be qualified with higher comprehensive diatheses.This paper reviewed the development trend of the modern nursing and related diathesis requests for the paramedics. |
