卵巢癌中GnRH及其受体的表达与细胞增殖和分化的关系

摘    要:目的:探讨卵巢癌中促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)及其受体(GnRHR)表达与细胞增殖和分化的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学SABC技术方法,对36例卵巢癌和25例卵巢良性肿瘤组织中增殖细胞核抗原(Proliferation cells nuclearantigens,PNCA)、GnRH及其受体的表达进行相关性研究。结果:GnRH及其受体均定位于卵巢癌细胞的胞膜和胞浆,卵巢癌GnRH及其受体的阳性率(58.3%,50.0%)显著高于良性肿瘤(16.0%,12.0%);GnRH表达阳性卵巢癌的PCNA标记指数为(26.1±15.2)%,显著低于GnRH阴性卵巢癌的PCNA标记指数(45.2±28.7)%(P<0.05);GnRHR阳性卵巢癌的PCNA标记指数为(21.1±14.2)%,亦明显低于GnRHR阴性卵巢癌(38.6±29.1)%的PCNA标记指数(P<0.01)。结论:GnRH可能参与卵巢癌细胞的增殖和分化的调节。

Abstract:Objective:To study the possible relationship of gonadotropin releasing hormone(GnRH)and its receptor(GnRI-IR)expression with human epithelial ovarian carcinoma cell proliferation and differentiation.Methods:An immunohistochemical SABC technique was used to detect the expression of proliferating cells nuclear antigen(PCNA),GnRH and its receptor in 36 human epithelial ovarian carcinoma(HOC)and 25 ovarian benigh tumour.Results:The positive immunostaining rate of GnRH and its receptor in HOC(58.3%,50.0%)was significantly higher than that in ovarian benigh tumour(16.0%,12.0%).The PCNA labeling index was(26.1±15.2)% in GnRH positive HOCs,and(45.2±28.7)% in GnRH negative HOC respectively,the diference was significant(P<0.05).Similarly,GnRHR positive HOC also had a lower PCNA labeling index(21.1±14.2)% than that of GnRHR negative HOC(38.6士29.1)%(P<0.01).Conclusion:GnRH might be involved in the regulation of human HOC cell proliferation and differentiation.
