摘    要:目的 探讨乙酰胆碱受体抗体(AChRAb)与中枢神经系统(CNS)运动传导通路之间的关系。方法 从AChRAb阳性的全身型重症肌无力(MG)患者血清中提取纯化IgG,然后注入大鼠侧脑室,观察其对运动诱发电位(MEP)的影响。结果 注入大鼠侧脑室内的AChRAb可致大鼠MEP异常,表现为MEP波消失或潜伏期延长。结论 本研究进一步证实MGhRAb不仅可以作用于NMJ处的AChR,而且还可作用于大鼠CNS,致CNS运动传导通路功能异常。

Abstract:Objective To explore the relation of acetylcholine receptor antibodies(AChRAb) and dysfunction of central neuvous system (CNS) motor transmission in myasthenia gravis(MG). Methods IgG purified from MG patient sera was injected into the lateral cerebroventricular system before and after application of motor evoked potential(MEP) examination.Results Intracerebroventricular administration of AChRAb produced loss of MEP wave or prolongation of the latency of the MEP wave,compared to injection of IgG purified from healthy control. Conclusion It is concluded that intracerebroventricular administration of AChRAb causes dysfunction of motor pulse transmission in rats. Present study has further demonstrated that AChRAb cause CNS dysfunction.
