大鼠丘脑束旁核痛抑制—兴奋神经元电活动的特征

摘    要:本文用细胞外记录痛反应神经元放电的方法观察了丘脑束旁核痛抑制-兴奋神经元对外周伤害性剌激的反应及其电活动的特征。结果表明,丘脑束旁核痛抑制-兴奋神经元的性质明显不同于痛兴奋神经元和痛抑制神经元,但具备痛反应神经元的一般特征。这表明,束旁核痛抑制-兴奋神经元很可能是中枢神经系统内另一种痛反应神经元。

Abstract:By the method of extracellular recording, the responses to the noxious stimulation and characteristics of electric activities of pain inhibition-excitation neurons (PI-EN) in nucleus parafascicularis (N. Pf) of thalamus in rats were observed. The results showed that beside the common characteristics of electric activities of pain-reacting neurons there were significant difference in responses to noxious stimulation between PI-EN and other kinds of pain-reacting neurons in N, Pf, for example, pain-excitation and pain-inhibition neurons, It is suggested that PI-EN may be kind of pain-reacting neuron in central nervous system found ever before,
