急性损伤病人应激反应与褥疮发生相关因素研究

为探讨损伤早期应激反应与褥疮发生的关系 ,对 63例急性损伤应激反应病人用改良的Braden量表和创伤指数及应激生化指标、应激行为指标实施相关对照研究。结果 :急性损伤褥疮病人的应激程度与损伤无褥疮病人各项指标差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5)。提出急性损伤早期的应激因素是促发皮肤褥疮发生的重要因素 ;早期的心理支持、环境支持和营养支持是预防褥疮发生的关键。

A Survey of Related Factors Between Stress Reaction and Bedsore in Acute Injury Patients

To probe into the relationship between the early stage stress reaction and bedsore occurrence in injury patients, 63 cases of acute injury with stress reaction patients were studied. Modified Braden Scale was adopted in these patients. Relevant control study on trauma index and stress biochemical criteria, stress behavior criteria were carried out. Results: in terms of both the stress extent and all the biochemical criteria, there were statistical differences between acute injury patients with bedsore and those patients without bedsore(P<0.05). Suggested that stress is an important factor in early stage of acute injury patients to accelerate the bedsore emerging. The key points to prevent the bedsore from happening include early stage psychological support, environmental support and nutritional supports.
