逆行胃电刺激对健康人胃电活动的影响

摘    要:目的观察逆行胃电刺激(RGES)对健康人胃电活动的影响。方法选择健康志愿者12例。沿胃大弯距幽门5cm处放置一对黏膜电极,进行RGES。观察RGES的长脉冲和串脉冲刺激对多通道胃电图参数的影响,长脉冲对摄食试验中胃电活动的影响,探讨RGES抑制胃动力的电生理学基础。结果所有长脉冲和串脉冲RGES可完全驱动健康人的胃电信号。多通道胃电图分析显示,RGES较大能量的刺激引起ch1和ch4的正常慢波百分比(N%)显著降低,ch1、ch3和ch4的胃电主频(DF)下降,ch1和ch2的主功率(DP)显著降低,胃电慢波耦联率下降。RGES也引起了摄食后ch3的DF显著下降。并且长脉冲对胃电生理的抑制较串脉冲更为明显。结论RGES可抑制胃电活动,尤其以长脉冲作用更明显。这种抑制作用可能是RGES延缓胃排空和减少摄食量的电生理基础。
