脑囊虫病的CT诊断

目的：探讨CT扫描对脑囊虫病的诊断。方法：回顾性分析85例经临床和实验室检查证实的脑囊虫病的CT表现，常规作平扫及增强扫描。结果：85例脑囊虫病中，单囊型3例，多发小囊型7例，多发结节型和环状强化型7例，脑炎型1例，脑室型4例。慢性钙化型29例及混合型30例，本组诊断的准确率达95％，结论：CT扫描能很好地显示病灶及其分型，有利于脑囊虫病的诊断。

CT diagnosis of cerebral cysticercosis

ve To evaluate CT in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of cerebral cysticercosis. Methods CT information of 85 cases with cerebral cysticercosis confirmed by clinical and laboratory examinations were analyzed retrospectively. Results The CT findings of cerebral cysticercosis were classified as follows: single cystic type 3, multple small cystic type 7, multiple nodular and ring enhancement type 7, encephalitis type 1, wentricular type 4, meningeal type 4, chronic aclcification type 29 and mixed type 30 cases. The rate of correspondence was 95 % in our group. Conclusion CT can reliably exhibit the location, size and type of the lesions, and is useful for diagnosis of cerebral cysticercosis.
