| 摘 要： | 目的:建立热感宁胶囊中黄芩苷含量的测定方法。方法:采用HPLC测定黄芩中黄芩苷的含量。结果:黄芩苷在0.1248~1.248μg内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998。平均回收率为98.66%,RSD=0.62%。结论:该方法简便易行,重复性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish a method for the determination of Baicalin in Reganning Capsules. Methods：The content of Baicalin in Skullcap is determined by HPLC. Results：Baicalin in 0.12488-1.488μg showed good linear relationship with in r=0.9998,the average recovery was 98.66%,RSD = 0.62%. Conclusions：The method is simple and reproducible. It can be used as the preparation of quality control methods. |
