62例妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症临床分析

目的探讨62例妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症（ICP）孕妇病因、特点、诊治及预防措施。方法对2003年4月-2008年4月期间收治的62例ICP孕妇的临床资料、治疗方法进行回顾性分析。结果治疗后瘙痒症状减轻，肝功能等指标恢复正常。62例ICP孕妇平产分娩7例，剖宫产55例，新生儿窒息7例。结论加强孕期检查及监护，早期诊断，积极干预，适时终止妊娠，可减少不良妊娠结局的发生。

Clinical Analysis of 62 Cases of Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy

Objective To explore the etiology, characteristics, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy （ICP）. Methods The clinical data of 62 cases with ICP from April,2003 to April 2008 were analyzed retrospectively. Results After treatment, the symptom of itching alleviated and the indexes of liver function recovered to the normal level. Among 62 cases,7 patients underwent normal delivery,5 underwent cesarean section, while 7 suffered neonatal asphyxia. Conclusion The rate of adverse pregnancy could be effectively lowered by strengthened pregnant examination and monitoring, early diagnosis, positive intervention and timely termination of pregnancy.
