| 摘 要： | 目的:观察滋阴养脏胶囊治疗中风假性球麻痹的临床疗效。方法:将208例假性球麻痹病人随机分为3组,对照组68例予甘露醇,胞二磷胆碱,银杏达莫注射液;治疗1组70例在对照组基础上加用滋阴养脏胶囊;治疗2组70例在对照组基础上加针刺治疗,3组均15天为1个疗程,用药2个疗程后进行疗效对照。结果:治疗1组总有效率92.86%,治疗2组总有效率90%,对照组总有效率75%,治疗1组与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2组与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1组与治疗2组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:滋阴养脏胶囊治疗中风假性球麻痹疗效满意,值得临床推广应用,针刺同样有效。
