摘 要: | 目的 为毛细胞白血病(hairy cell leukemia,HCL)的诊断提供新方法。方法 采用对毛细胞白血病有高度特异性的单抗B-ly-7(CD103)对5例患者毛细胞表面的糖蛋白三聚体(trimeric glycoprotein,TGP)进行免疫电镜研究。结果 4例HCL患者毛细胞表达TGP,镜下显示细胞胞质突起呈现出清晰的黑色边缘,与邻近染色阴性的细胞形成明显区别。而1例伴绒毛淋巴细胞的脾淋巴瘤(splenic lymphoma with villous lymphocytes,SLVL)和6例B淋巴细胞慢性白血病(B-chronic lymphocytic leukemia,B-CLL)均显示阴性。结论 免疫电镜检测毛细胞膜上的TGP有助于毛细胞白血病的鉴别诊断。

Trimeril glycoprotein on cell surface in hairy cell leukemia:an immune electron microscopic study |

Abstract: | Purpose To provide a new method for diagnosis of hairy cell leukemia (HCL). Methods The monoclonal antibody B-ly-7 (CD103) that was highly specific for the HCL was used to identify the trimeric glycoprotein (TGP) on the surface of hairy cells by immune electron microscopy. Results The results showed positive in 4/5 of the cases. Hairy cells showed clearly discernible staining on their surface and allowed them to be separated from neighboring cell. One case with splenic lymphoma with villous lymphocytes (SLVL) and six cases with B chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) were negative. Conclusion Determining TGP on the surface of hairy cell by immune electron is very useful for identification of hairy cell leukemia. |
