皮下埋植避孕法在四川省农村的使用效果、满意度及其影响因素调查

为了解皮下埋植避孕法（简称皮埋法）在农村的实际使用效果、使用者满意度及其对效果的影响，对四川省农村１４７３名皮埋法使用者进行了现场调查。就使用者对该方法的使用效果、满意度及其影响因素进行多因素分析。结果：避孕率达９９．３％，续用率为９０．２％，副反应发生率为８６．４％。对此方法满意的有１０２７例（６９．７％），不满意的２８７例（１９．５％）。满意度主要与家人的满意度、了解皮埋优缺点、是否自愿选择使用皮埋法相关。满意度与手术后副反应的发生及副反应程度、续用率等密切相关。结果提示：皮埋法的避孕效果是肯定的，在农村妇女中有一定的满意度。要进一步在农村推广使用皮埋法，提高其满意度及避孕效果，需加强宣传教育等

The Satisfaction, Efficacy, and Relative Factors for Norplant in Countryside of Sichuan

A total of 1473 Norplant users in the countryside of Sichuan Province were investigated to present a multivariate analysis of satisfaction, side effect, and efficacy for Norplant. The results showed that contraceptive efficacy rate, continuation rate, prevalence rate of side effects and satisactory rate were 99.3%, 90.6%,86.4%,and 69 7%,respectively. The logistic regression analysis showed that the variables significantly contributing to satisfactiion were the user's knowledge about Norplant, the user's voluntary choice of Norplant, and the spouse's satisaction. The satisfaction was assiociated with continuation and the prevalence of side effects. It is concluded that Norplant is efficacious and satisfactory to a certain extent among the users in rural Sichuan; its continuation rate is high but the prevalence of side effects is noticeable. For the wide application of Norplant in the countryside, it is important to strengthen propagation and education.
