益气口服液的制备及质量控制

摘    要:目的建立益气口服液的制备工艺及质量控制方法。方法采用离心滤过法制备口服液。采用薄层色谱法对处方中的黄芪进行定性鉴别;以无水葡萄糖为含量测定指标,用紫外分光光度法测定制剂中总多糖的含量。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰;无水葡萄糖质量浓度在17~85μg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9992),平均回收率为99.07%,RSD=1.53%(n=6)。结论该制剂制备工艺合理,拟定的鉴别及含量测定方法操作简便可行、准确可靠,可用于益气口服液的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish the preparation process and quality control method of Yiqi Oral Liquid. Methods The oral liquid was made by centrifugal filtration. Radix Astragali was identified by thin-layer chromatography (TLC) method. With anhydrous glucose as a standard, the content of polysaccharide was determined by UV-spectrum. Results The TLC spots developed was fairly clear. The content of anhydrous glucose showed good linear relationship over the range of 17-85 μg/mL (r =0.999 2). The average recovery was 99.07% with RSD of 1.53% (n =6). Conclusion The method of preparation is reasonable. The method of identification and content determination is simple and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of Yiqi Oral Liquid.
