胃肠道间质瘤预后相关的分子标志物研究进展

胃肠道间质瘤(GISTs)是目前靶向治疗最为成功的实体肿瘤之一,其生物学行为非常复杂,准确判断其良恶性及恶性程度,对于制订正确的治疗方案尤为重要。目前已有研究发现较多具有预后判断价值的分子标志物,综合分析这些标志物的表达情况及其作用网络将有助于GISTs发生发展机制的探索,同时对GISTs的分子分类以及个体化治疗也具有重要的意义。

Research Progress in Prognosis Related Biomarkers of Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors

Gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GISTs)have been regarded as one of the solid tumors most successfully treated by targeted therapy.In view of its complex biological behavior,it is particularly important for the correct treatment to accurately determine the nature of the tumor and the degree of malignancy.Up to now,studies have found many molecular markers with prognostic value.It would be helpful for understanding the molecular pathogenesis of GISTs to comprehensively analyze the expression of these markers and their associations.Meanwhile,it is also of great importance in the molecular classification of GISTs as well as the individualized treatment.
